MICROSOFT SOFTWARE PROTECTION PLATFORM SERVICE

Whenever I look in Task Manager, a task calledonfire-bg.com Software Protection Platkhung Service is using 30% or more of my cpu. This happens even when I am not using office products. I am using windows 10 and have sầu an i5 4690k. Please help me if you can.

I ran a vi khuẩn scan using avast và nothing came up out of the ordinary. Is there anything else I can do?

If your security software didn"t find any virus/malware, let’s boot the computer inSafe Mode & check if issue reappears. Safe mode is a diagnostic mode that starts your computer in a limited state.
